Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and use Examora only where you have permission. Organization administrators are responsible for their staff accounts and student access.
Assessments and content
Organizations and instructors remain responsible for their questions, materials, grading policies and assessment instructions. They must have permission to upload the content they use. Students must follow their institution’s exam rules.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, or use Examora to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Results and exam integrity
Automated grading, timestamps and integrity signals support assessment administration but may require human review. Organizations determine their own academic policies, appeals and final grade decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plan features and prices are described on the Pricing page and at checkout. The actual renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms must match the live Stripe configuration and the finalized Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, networks and third-party infrastructure. Material service changes should be communicated where appropriate.
Termination and data export
Access may be suspended for serious misuse or nonpayment, subject to applicable agreements. Data export, deletion and retention rights should be documented in the institution’s agreement and Privacy Policy.
Legal details to finalize
Before publication, identify the legal service provider, jurisdiction, governing law, support contact, liability terms and effective date. Have qualified counsel review the completed terms.
