Subscription billing information for Examora customers.
Subscription management
Examora offers paid plans as displayed on the Pricing page. Customers should be able to review the billing period and amount before purchasing. Billing is handled by the configured payment provider.
Cancellation
Cancellation and renewal behavior must match the actual customer portal and Stripe subscription settings. Do not promise immediate cancellation or continued access beyond a billing period until confirmed.
Refund requests
Contact Examora using the Contact page with the account email and payment details (never full card numbers). Eligibility and time limits must be finalized before this page becomes a binding refund policy.
Legal requirements
Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights continue to apply. Confirm consumer/business customer treatment, taxes and jurisdiction with a legal professional.
